These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flexellent website, mobile application and related services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Flexellent
Flexellent is a fitness planning and workout management service designed to help users create, organise and adapt exercise routines around their goals, experience, schedule, available equipment and other information they choose to provide.
Features may include personalised workout plans, exercise demonstrations and instructions, workout scheduling, workout adaptations, custom workouts, exercise logging, previous weight and repetition information, meal suggestions and other fitness-related tools.
Some features may only be available on certain platforms, to registered users, to Premium users, or for a limited period following an eligible action such as viewing a rewarded advertisement.
Features may be added, changed or removed as the Service develops.
2. Fitness and health disclaimer
Flexellent provides general fitness, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle information. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, rehabilitation or professional healthcare advice.
Workout plans, exercise suggestions, meal suggestions and other recommendations are based on information provided by you and on automated rules within the Service. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, physiotherapist, registered dietitian, qualified personal trainer or other appropriately qualified professional.
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.
You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, workout or other activity is suitable for you and for using appropriate equipment, technique and surroundings.
You should seek appropriate professional advice before beginning or changing an exercise programme if you have a medical condition, injury, disability, are pregnant, have concerns about your health or fitness, or are otherwise unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you.
Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical assistance if you experience symptoms that concern you, including significant pain, faintness, chest pain or unusual difficulty breathing.
Never disregard professional medical advice because of information provided through Flexellent.
3. Eligibility and age
Flexellent is intended for users aged 16 and over.
If you are under 18, you should use the Service only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you meet the eligibility requirements above.
4. Your account
Certain features require a Flexellent account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity carried out through it.
You must provide accurate information and keep relevant account information reasonably up to date.
You must not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorised to use, attempt to gain unauthorised access to another account, or interfere with the security of the Service.
You should contact us at tom@mywolverhampton.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. Information you provide
Flexellent may use information you provide, such as your age, gender, height, weight, fitness goal, activity level, training experience, available equipment, training location, work or shift pattern, sleep information, dietary preferences, food exclusions or allergies and workout performance, to provide and adapt features of the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is reasonably accurate.
Flexellent's recommendations are only as reliable as the information available to the Service and should always be used with your own judgement.

6. Workout plans and adaptive scheduling
Flexellent may automatically create, modify, move or suggest changes to workouts based on your selected plan, schedule, completed or missed sessions, sleep information and other settings.
These features are intended to assist with planning. They do not guarantee particular fitness, health, weight-loss, strength or performance results.
You remain responsible for deciding whether to follow, modify, postpone or skip any workout.
7. Exercise demonstrations and content
Exercise videos, photographs, descriptions and instructions are provided for general guidance.
They cannot assess your individual technique, physical condition or surroundings.
Where appropriate, obtain instruction from a suitably qualified professional before performing an unfamiliar exercise.
8. Nutrition and meal information
Any calorie estimates, meal suggestions, nutritional calculations or dietary information provided through Flexellent are general informational tools.
They are not medical nutrition therapy or individually prescribed dietary advice.
You remain responsible for checking ingredients, food labels and allergen information before consuming food. Recipes, products and ingredient formulations may change and Flexellent cannot guarantee that any meal or ingredient is suitable for a particular allergy, intolerance, medical condition or dietary requirement.
9. Free and Premium features
Flexellent may provide both free and paid features.
The features included in each tier may change from time to time. Any applicable price, billing period, renewal conditions and cancellation information will be displayed before you purchase a paid service.
Certain Premium features may occasionally be made available temporarily through promotions, rewarded advertisements or other offers. Temporary access expires at the time stated in the Service and does not create an entitlement to permanent Premium access.
Watching an eligible rewarded advertisement may, for example, unlock specified Premium functionality for a limited period. The duration and features included will be shown in the Service.
10. Payments and subscriptions
Paid services are not necessarily available on every platform.
Where paid services are offered, payments may be processed by a third-party payment or app-store provider. The applicable provider and payment conditions will be shown before purchase.
We do not require you to provide payment-card information directly to Flexellent where payment is handled entirely by the relevant payment provider or app store.
Subscription cancellation, billing and refund procedures may also depend on the platform through which you purchased the subscription.
Nothing in these Terms affects rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
11. Advertising
Free versions of Flexellent may contain advertising.
On supported platforms, you may be offered the opportunity to view a rewarded advertisement in exchange for temporary access to particular features.
Where required by law, advertising technologies requiring consent will not be used until the appropriate choice has been provided to you.

12. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Flexellent systems, accounts or data;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
- scrape, systematically extract or reproduce substantial parts of the Service without permission;
- reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- copy, redistribute or commercially exploit Flexellent content without permission; or
- use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of another person.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Flexellent or the security and integrity of the Service.
13. Intellectual property
The Flexellent name, branding, application design, software, workout-plan structure, text, graphics, exercise media and other content supplied through the Service are owned by Flexellent Ltd or used under appropriate licence, except where otherwise stated.
These Terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for your own lawful purposes.
They do not transfer ownership of Flexellent intellectual property to you.
14. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Flexellent available and functioning reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may update the application and change features to improve the Service, maintain security, comply with legal requirements or reflect changes to our business.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we will provide appropriate information where required by law.
15. Deleting your account
You may delete your Flexellent account through the account deletion feature where available or contact us at tom@mywolverhampton.com.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot normally be reversed.
Deleting your account will remove personal data associated with the account in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
You should export or record any information you wish to keep before deleting your account.
16. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Flexellent at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, misuse the Service, threaten its security or use it unlawfully.
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, we will give notice before taking such action.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Flexellent is intended for personal fitness planning and informational purposes.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow reasonable safety precautions, your use of the Service contrary to these Terms or professional advice, inaccurate information supplied by you, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
18. Third-party services
Flexellent relies on third-party infrastructure and services for functions such as hosting, authentication, content delivery and advertising.
Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.
Links to third-party websites or services do not mean that Flexellent controls or endorses everything provided by those third parties.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when Flexellent changes or where legal or regulatory requirements change.
The current version will be published through the Service with its latest revision date.
Where a change materially affects your rights or use of the Service, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention where required.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the laws applicable to you.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
